How to Order Your Ramps with Us

Step-by-Step Ordering Process

1. Get in Touch
Message us on this website, Facebook, email us, or call us to confirm the type of ramps you need. We'll guide you through any questions and recommend the right product.

2. Receive Your Quote
We’ll send you a clear price including VAT and delivery (if applicable). You'll receive your invoice and company details for transparency.

3. Pay 50% to Confirm Your Order
To begin the order or production, we require a 50% upfront commitment fee. This locks in your ramps with the manufacturer/supplier and secures the order.

4. Production & Delivery
Once the deposit is received, we place your order. Most ramps are ready within [5-10 working days]. We'll keep you updated throughout. 
If you choose to collect your ramps, the delivery cost to the UK is £100 + VAT (please note this is the direct cost with no mark-up). If you would prefer the ramps delivered to your door, we will arrange the most cost-effective transport available. The final UK delivery cost will be in addition to the £100 + VAT.

5. Pay the Balance Before Delivery
When your ramps are ready to ship, we’ll notify you. You then pay the remaining balance, and we arrange delivery to your chosen address.

We operate on an on-demand model, which keeps our prices competitive. The deposit confirms your order and helps us cover manufacturing costs. This policy is common for custom or trade equipment.
